On Line 360 Degree Feedback Process
If a 360 degree feedback system is complex, time consuming or difficult to administer then it is more than likely that it won't get used. We are painfully aware of the pressures that managers operate under and feel that participating in a 360 degree process (as ether the subject or as a respondent) should not be onerous. We have worked hard to refine the process so that all participants find it a simple and straightforward activity.
By hosting the 360 degree feedback questionnaires on line, we have dispensed with those lengthy and confusing paper forms, the need to fax documents back and forth and the chances of mail arriving late or not at all.
- Subject goes on line and via the Personal Control Panel (PCP) identifies the people who they wish to provide them with feedback.
- Responders contacted by e mail with clear directions and any personal messages from the subject.
- Subject completes their own "self" report and other responders complete theirs.
- The Subject can log in periodically to their PCP screen and check who has and who has not responded. Via the PCP they can send reminder messages to anyone with outstanding feedback.
- Once all of their feedback has been received (or when a close date is reached) the subject may 'lock' their 360 and the data is processed.
- The subject can receive the feedback report either electronically as an Adobe Acrobat format PDF or as a hard copy printed document.
