Mike Peckham
Mike Peckham B.Ed (Hons), MA.
FRGS, FRSA (Managing Director)
Mike has been involved in developing individuals and organisations since
1987. He works with managers, directors and teams in the area of
development and strategy. His main area of interest is leading and
managing in the new economy.
Steve Shepstone
First qualified as a teacher, and after two line-management posts in Education, established his own training and consultancy business in the 1970s. He subsequently became a Senior Course Director at the leadership Trust. Steve has a powerful reputation as a trainer working with a variety of organisations both in the UK and abroad.
Lizzie Peckham
Lizzie ran her own global travel business for twelve years, appeared in numerous television programmes before becoming a TV presenter. She has received extensive coverage for her work in national newspapers and magazines. She enjoys organisational diagnosis and thrives on the challenge of creating and designing new programmes that fit the customer and business needs.
Shirley Taylor
Shirley joined PSA in 1995 and has been actively involved in the design and delivery of courses for clients as diverse as Allied Distiller, Rolls Royce, Tom Peters Company, Pizza Hut, Sytner Group, Virgin One Account, Virgin Direct, Opito, Sandbach High School & Macclesfield College. Prior to joining PSA she worked in London for a blue chip company & managed an engineering team through a period of company restructuring, culture change, introduction of TQM and BSI registration.
David Cooper
David joined PSA Training and Development Ltd in 2001 after completing fifteen years in training management and HR appointments within the MOD. Since joining PSA he has worked extensively with DTC to set up their Management Development programme as well as Scottish Enterprise and Direct Line Insurance.
Nick Hyatt
Nick has worked with PSA since 2000 running Manager and Team development programmes for a wide range of clients. Prior to joining PSA he was an internal consultant within the UK oil industry assisting individuals and organisations through times of significant change. Recently he designed the on-line 360 Degree Feedback tool used extensively by PSA.
Sam Woodcock
Sam joined PSA in 2003 after working as a self-employed tutor trainer for the last two years. He has 15 years experience of coaching outdoor activities and of developing others in both the outdoor industry and in business.
Rob Firmin
Robert Firmin principally works in the area of Team Development and has a particular interest in powerful and effective team communication. He enjoys working with different groups of people and forging close working relationships with the teams he runs programmes for.
