What's it all about?
Successful organisations today are the ones that can cope with constant change. As Senior Staff in an organisation you are probably trying to lead and make change happen. A clear understanding of the components of change will help all organisations to stay at the front of what they do. Not only are you leading change, but you are also managing it for yourself and others
Who is it for?
The workshop is aimed at middle and senior staff with the unenviable job of managing or leading change. In our experience it works best with a management team working together on their change agenda. It is not aimed at the subjects of change so mush as those that are leading it!

Based on a group of up to 10 people the cost would be £3200.00 plus VAT. This includes all materials, but excludes expenses and accommodation costs.
