Coaching Skills for Managers
What's it all about?
Coaching is a practical skill and one that can only truly be mastered by trying it out. Hence the majority of this coaching programme is concerned with practical sessions where participants can experience coaching from the coaches point of view as well as that of the person being coached.
Who is it for?
- Any team leader, supervisor or manager who wishes to raise the performance level of their team.
- Any person who is seen as an 'authority' within their organisation and who wishes to develop talent / abilities within others.
- Any one tasked with implementing change within their organisation that wishes to be able to help steer individuals through the emotional journey associated with change.

Costs
Based on a group of up to 10 people the cost would be £2400.00 plus VAT. This includes all materials, but excludes expenses and accommodation costs.
