What's it all about?

The case for better leadership is clear: the world is changing quicker than we can comprehend, with people forced to live with fewer certainties and rapid change. People look to their leaders to guide them through this turbulence. Whilst ‘Leadership’ and ‘Management’ are terms that are often used interchangeably, organisations need to understand that the difference between the two is the difference between success and failure; long term growth and short-term activity.

The workshop is designed for senior staff, this includes Directors, CEO’s and Senior Managers.

Based on a group of up to 10 people the cost would be £1600.00 plus VAT. This includes all materials, but excludes expenses and accommodation costs.

• Understanding some of the future trends facing leaders of organisations.
