What's it all about?
Very few people in any business really have a clear picture of where they fit in the process of value creation. This workshop is designed to help individuals to understand the fundamental aspects of the business. It tries to break down some of the mystic surrounding the idea of a business ‘value map’.
Who is it for?
This module works with almost any audience and is most effective when co- presented by managers or directors of the client organisation.
Timings
One day of analysis and consultancy in the business to
define and understand the organisations business model.
This is followed by a two day workshop
Costs
This is an intensive event and one which requires
considerable pre-work on our part.
Based on a group of ten participants, the cost would be £4800.00 plus VAT.
This includes all materials, but excludes expenses and accommodation costs
