PSA’s in-company Management Development Programmes are designed to develop the manager and the organisation. This is achieved through providing development that supports the delivery of business strategy. Typically this is a management development programme of 12 – 18 months in duration and uses a modular approach, each module being clearly linked with the business strategy. The programme commences with a company specific 360 degree feedback tool that determines both the development needs of the individual and their understanding of the business and its strategy. Development is then delivered as discrete modules according to the needs of the participant as highlighted by the manager and through the 360 degree feedback.

PSA Ltd. can also accredit the development with the Chartered Management Institute for the award of the Diploma in Management that can lead to the award of Chartered Manager Status.
