Coping in an ever changing and complex world is what we all face; as managers this is a task that we may feel we are poorly prepared for. Established in 1989, PSA have been developing managers and leaders to cope with increasing levels of complexity in their daily work through developing them and their skills to be more effective.
We believe that we have the balance right between action, reflection and application; feedback from attendees on our management development programmes indicates that we have a powerful mix of knowledge and experience as managers to make the learning live for the participants.
In a world that appears to be driven by fashion we aim to develop outstanding managers by laying clear management foundations, upon which creativity and innovation can flourish.
