What's it all about?

This is a one day strategic programme designed to provide Senior Teams with the framework and infrastructure to enable the effective leadership and implementation of Multi Projects across organisations. The programme builds on the principles, tools and techniques upon which key Project Management methodologies are based.

Who is it for?

Middle/ Senior Managers and Project Sponsors who have responsibilities for the governance of cross functional Projects.

Timings

This is a one day programme which is preceded by a consultancy day within the business, to enable us to understand your business specific needs and dynamics.

Costs

Based on a group of up to 10 people, programme costs would be £3200.00 plus VAT. This excludes consultants expenses, venue and accommodation costs.
