Project Launch
What's it all about?
This is a practical programme that brings together the Project Team to clarify requirements, develop an implementation plan and establish how they will work effectively together. The programme is designed to accelerate the launch of a new Project and dramatically increase the team's ability to deliver a quality product to customers on time and within budget.
Who is it for?
This programme works best when the whole Project Team is available to attend the event and there is a "live" Project to focus on that is clearly linked to the business strategy.
Timings
This is a two day programme which is preceded by a consultancy telephone call, to enable us to understand your specific business needs and dynamics.
Costs
Based on a group of up to 10 people, programme costs would be £2400.00 plus VAT. This excludes tutor expenses, venue and accommodation costs.

- Setting the scene – Defining the Business Case
- Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Development and agreement of the Scope, clearly defined Project Objective and Measurable Deliverables
- Development of a Project Plan, identified Milestones and areas of Task Responsibility
- Assessing the Risks and identifying how they will be managed/ reduced
- Identifying Key Stakeholders and their expectations
- Developing a Team Communication Plan
- Agreeing a Working Process and its measurement
