What's it all about?
This programme is designed to provide key building blocks around Project Management. The programme does not teach a specific methodology such as Prince. It focuses on how to plan and manage projects whilst developing the principles and techniques upon which all key Project Management methodologies are based.
Who is it for?
Team leaders and middle managers who are new to the role of running cross functional projects.
Timings
This is a two day programme which is preceded by a consultancy telephone call, to enable us to understand your business’s specific needs and dynamics.
Costs
Based on a group of up to 10 people, programme costs would be £2400.00 plus VAT. This excludes tutor expenses, venue and accommodation costs.
