Team Effectiveness Survey

Analysing how well a team is working together and investigating how / where it can be even more effective can be tricky.  Rarely is there a comparable team with which you can benchmark your own and even when there is since teams are formed from the individuals within them, a direct comparison may not be feasible.

PSA have devised a simple on-line survey that can help any team leader or team member appraise their teams performance.  This is based on the model that PSA have developed for team building

    C - Communication
    D - Direction
    O - Objectives
