What's it all about?
Coaching is a practical skill and one that can only truly be mastered by
trying it out. Hence the majority of this coaching programme is concerned with
practical sessions where participants can experience coaching from the coaches
point of view as well as that of the person being coached.

Presentation Skills
What's it all about?
Standing up in front of an audience is, for many people, a highly
uncomfortable experience. It needn’t be like this. These two days will introduce
presenters (novice and experienced alike) to a range of easy to apply ideas that
will transform their presentation ability.
Through the use of video feedback presenters can see themselves as their
audience see them and are thus able to critique and enhance their own
performance.
The ability to deliver an oral presentation that is concise, clear and
convincing is a critical one for most professionals. These two days will help
